In any given year, our Company will tell more customers NOT to build, than to build a car wash. This makes us unique, but we believe passionately in directing our customers to future operations that they (and we) can be proud of; and it all begins with Site Selection.
At MI, we use proprietary modeling and forecasting to measure the key factors of a potential car wash site. We provide our Clients with realistic volume predictions, not inflated numbers to get them excited. We study factors that include traffic counts, ingress and egress, traffic speeds and flows, visibility and topography, national retail neighbor scores, competition indexes, lot size and conveyor maximization, demographics, and consumer buying habits. We feed all of this into a quantitative model, then review it, on site, with a minimum of three experienced partners.
